Ricardo Luggage and Quality?
Just checking to see what others think of Ricardo Luggage of Beverly Hills. I purchased a new rolling garment bag for my husband and after two trips the handle broke. The company then expects you to pay for the shipping and packaging to determine if the item is a manufacturer defect. I guess my Mom was right! She did say "Ricardo luggage falls apart easily" and I didn't listen.
I think my luggage as well as my husband's is Ricardo (whatever it is we bought it at Costco) and it's held up just fine through many trips. The only thing wrong with my large case is the zipper came off the 'track'. It's a common problem with any zipper, and is a cheap fix.
