What do college girls carry their books in? tote or backpack?
I'm going to be freshman in college this year and I was wondering what do college girls carry their books and stuff in? In high school most girls (including myself) would use a tote bag. Should I get a tote for college as well or do most girls wear a backpack???
I use my laptop backpack cause I ride a bike. Most carry some form of backpacks. It's easy to spot a freshman. They are the ones that usually get all dolled up for a class and wear heels etc. They are also make up for the most that carry totes, until they realize that it's just way to damn heavy to carry 4 books in a tote at once.
My advice to you is if you have a laptop get a laptop back pack. They are larger and have more compartments to store things. Also on your first day of classes wear shorts a tank top or cute shirt with flip flops. Keep it simple yet cute.
